4 Bacon, Strip

6 Ounce Lean Beef, Ground

2 Burger Buns

2 Cheese, Sliced

2 Egg



Cooking Instructions

  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400F.

  2. Take the ground beef, and divide it into two thin patties. Brush the grate with oil, then add the patties and grill them on about 2-5 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness, pressing down to get a good sear. Remove the burgers from the grill, then build your burger. Starting with the bottom bun or bread slice, add the patty, then a slice of American cheese, top with bacon, hash browns, an egg over easy, and finish with the top bun or bread slice. Now it’s ready to serve!
