Sometimes, it’s just going to be one of those long days where you need to get things done. If today is like that, then Pit Boss Grills is here for you. Start your day off right and fill yourself up with this hearty Breakfast Burger with Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Recipe. Use either ground chuck or ground sirloin.

Note: It is recommended to use Hickory Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400°F.
  2. Take the ground beef and divide it into two thin patties. Brush the grate with oil, then add the patties and grill them on about 2-5 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness, pressing down to get a good sear.
  3. Remove the burgers from the grill, then build your burger. Starting with the bottom bun or bread slice, add the patty, then a slice of American cheese, top with bacon, hash browns, an egg over easy, and finish with the top bun or bread slice. Now it’s ready to serve!
