16 oz Lean Beef, Ground

Hawaiian Rolls

1 Box Mac and Cheese, Prepared

Mustard, Ground

Pit Boss Tomato Bacon basil Dip Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mac and Cheese of choice – make per instructions on the box.
  2. You can make it right on the grill if you want! Check out our non-stick pot for some wood-fired mac and cheese action.
  3. Turn your grill onto smoke until the flame catches, then turn it to 400°F.
  4. Put the ground beef into a bowl and generously add the Tomato Bacon Basil Dip seasoning to the mixture. Mix with your hands until the meat looks evenly coated.
  5. Separate the meat out into 3oz balls, disperse or toss the remnants.
  6. Split the balls in half, and add half of the meat to the bottom of the Pit Boss 3-in-1 Burger Press, then add a tablespoon of mac and cheese (it works better if you kind of make a bowl in the center of the meat). Then add the remaining half of the 3oz ball on top of the mac and cheese.
  7. Use the Pit Boss 3-in-1 Burger press to create the perfect patty!
  8. Add the sliders to the grill, flip every 5 minutes for about 15-20 minutes depending on how cooked you like your burgers.
  9. You can also toast your buns at this time if you’d like :)
  10. Pull the sliders (and the buns) from the grill, add the stone ground mustard and whatever else your tummy may desire – and dig in!
