1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce

4 Brioche Burger Buns

4 Slices Brisket

1 LBS Ground Beef

8 Onion Rings

4 Tablespoons Pit Boss Sweet Rib Rub

4 Slices Smoked Guoda Cheese, Sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, sprinkle the Pit Boss Sweet Rib rub over the ground beef and mix well to combine. Shape the ground beef into 4 patties and set aside.

  2. Preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 350F. Grill your burgers for 8-10 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness. Halfway through cooking, top each burger patty with a slice of smoked gouda cheese.

  3. Remove the burgers from the grill and assemble the burgers. Place each burger on a bun and top with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, 2 onion rings and a slice of brisket, then serve and enjoy!
