Hickory Honey Blondies with Pecans and Butterscotch
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Sticks Butter, Melted
1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips
2 1/4 Cups Flour, All-Purpose
1/2 cup Pecans, Coarsely Broken
1/2 tsp Pit Boss Hickory Smoked Finishing Salt
2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Grease a 12 cast iron skillet with butter and preheat your Pit Boss Grill to 350F.
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder, Hickory Honey Sea Salt, chopped pecans, and butterscotch chips until evenly mixed and there are no more streaks of flour.
Scoop the blondie dough into the cast iron pan and grill for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondie comes out clean.
