Pepper and Onion Turkey Burger Sliders

1 Sweet Onion, Chopped

1 Pepper, Anaheim

Pit Boss Bacon Cheddar Burger Seasoning


16 oz Turkey, Ground

Cooking Instructions

  1. Turn your grill onto smoke until the flame catches, then turn it to 400°F.

  2. Put the ground turkey into a bowl and generously add the Pit Boss Bacon Cheddar Burger seasoning to the mixture.

  3. Dice the Anaheim pepper and add it to the bowl as well.

  4. Dice about 1/3 of the sweet onion and add it to the bowl.

  5. Mix with your hands until the meat looks evenly coated in seasoning and the veggies are evenly mixed.

  6. Separate the meat out into 3oz balls, disperse or toss the remnants.

  7. Use the Pit Boss 3-in-1 Burger press to create the perfect patty! Place the patties on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes depending on their thickness. Flip every 5ish minutes.

  8. Add the buns to the grill if you’d like them toasted!

  9. Remove the turkey sliders (and the buns) from the grill, add spinach, and whatever you think will taste good!

  10. Caution: they’re delicious :)
