When applying sauce to chicken wings: After grilling wings for 20 minutes baste with sauce, then cover and grill an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Then put the wings in a bowl and coat with the Buffalo Sauce. Shake the bowl around gently to combine or use a spatula to ensure every wing is coated.
