Black Pepper

3/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

3 Garlic, Cloves

2 Tablespoon Italian Parsley, Fresh

2 Tablespoon Rosemary, Fresh

2 Tablespoon Sage, Fresh

2 Tablespoon Thyme, Fresh Sprigs



Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat Grill to 275.

  2. Dry rub: Wet with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with Pit Boss Raspberry Chipotle ) and black pepper.

  3. Wet Rub: Blend rosemary, cilantro, Italian parsley, sage, thyme, and oregano with ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ¼ cup of Pit Boss Smoky Apple Chipotle and 2-3 garlic cloves.

  4. Reverse sear cook starting at 275 until an internal temp of 120-125, turn heat up to 425 and sear until IT of 135-145, let rest 10-15 minutes. Carve and enjoy!
