Creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip is rolled up into a bite-sized appetizer that’s perfect for tailgating or a Super Bowl celebration. Stuffed with smoky grilled chicken, spicy wing sauce and tangy cream cheese, these pinwheels can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator until game day...or any day!
Place chicken breast in glass bowl and coat with ¼ cup of buffalo wing sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Note: It is recommended to use Classic Hardwood Pellets for this recipe.
For smokier wings, try smoking your marinated chicken breasts at 225°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
