Ingredients

1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce

8 Dill Pickle, Slice

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

4 Italian Hoagie Rolls, Sliced lengthwise

1/4 Cup Mustard, Grainy

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Pit Boss Tennessee Apple Butter Seasoning

1 Cup Pulled Pork

8 Swiss Cheese, Sliced

8 Slices Thick-Cut Deli Ham

Cooking Instructions

  1. Start your Pit Boss on smoke. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Tennessee Apple Butter Seasoning, and garlic. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the pulled pork with the barbecue sauce until fully mixed.

  4. To make the sandwiches, generously spread the insides of the rolls with grainy mustard. Add two pickle slices, two slices of ham, a scoop of the pulled pork, and a slice of cheese. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches. Brush the tops of the sandwiches with the oil mixture.

  5. Grill the sandwiches on each side for 2 minutes or until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melty. Serve immediately.
