Greek Style Brisket Tacos - Gluten Free

Black Olives, Halved

4 - 5 lbs Left Over Brisket

Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

15 - 20 Corn Tortillas

Feta Cheese

1/2 Red Onion, Diced

Tzatziki Sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Turn your Pit Boss grill to ''smoke'' mode, let the fire catch and then set to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C) to preheat.

  2. Place leftover brisket (sliced ¼ inch) directly on the grates and heat for 5-10 minutes.

  3. If not using leftover brisket, see here for our favorite brisket recipe.

  4. While the brisket heats up, cut the cherry tomatoes, black olives and dice red onion. Warm up your corn tortillas on the grill if desired.

  5. Remove brisket and tortillas from the grill and assemble. Top with Tzatziki sauce and feta cheese.
