Ingredients

1/2 Cup Coarse Black Pepper

1lb Butter

1/2 Cup Salt, Kosher

1 Brined Turkey

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat Grill to 300°

  2. Liberally season Turkey with equal parts kosher salt and coarse black pepper and equal parts

  3. Cook on grill until Internal temp reaches approximately 145° or the skin has darkened to you liking.

  4. Place turkey in a roasting pan topped with a pound of chopped butter and cover

  5. Return to the Grill until internal temp reaches 165°

  6. Let rest for 30 minutes
