Easy to make and on the table in just minutes, we replaced traditional pasta with pillowy gnocchi, or potato dumplings, that add indulgence to this already mouthwatering dish. Customize it by adding your favorite cheeses or toppings (think bacon, pulled pork, and more).
In order to bring out the smoky flavors of this decadent, baked mac & cheese, we recommend using our Competition Blend Hardwood Pellets.
Note: This recipe uses Pit Boss Grills GSP Rub.
To add a little texture to this dish, sprinkle with a little breadcrumb after removing from the grill, then place under a broiler for 3 to 5 minutes for added crunch and caramelization.
