Ingredients


Cilantro

Cilantro, Chopped

8 Corn Tortillas

Jalepeno, Sliced

1 Lime, Wedges

2 Cups Pulled Pork

Radishes, Sliced

White Onion, Diced



Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350F. Grill the corn tortillas until they are softened and have charred spots, about 30 seconds.

  2. To assemble the carnitas, add the pulled pork to the tortillas, and top with radishes, diced onion, cilantro, jalapeno and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
