1/4 tsp Cloves, Ground

2 Large Egg

1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Ground

1 Milk, Evaporated

1 9" Pie Shell, Deep

1 Pumpkin Pie, Can

1/2 teaspoon Salt

3/4 Cup Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. Start your Grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400°F. Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl then stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.Once incorporated, pour into pie shell.
