Ingredients


1 loaf of eggy bread such as brioche, challah, or pullman Bread, Sliced

1 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter, Melted

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, Ground

4 Eggs

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

1 Tablespoon Pit Boss Hickory Honey Sea Salt Seasoning

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

4 Cups Milk



Cooking Instructions


  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and Pit Boss Hickory Honey Sea Salt. Spread this mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 heatproof baking pan.

  2. In another large bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Set aside. Layer the bread into the pan on top of the sugar mixture, then pour the milk mixture over the top.

  3. Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350F and grill for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is tender and the sugar mixture is bubbling. Serve immediately.
