1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce

4 Cheddar Cheese, Slices

4 Eggs

1 Pound Ground Chuck

1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Pit Boss Beef and Brisket Rub

1/2 Cup Cooked Shredded Beef Rib(s)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Start up your Pit Boss. Then, set the temperature to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chuck and, Beef and Brisket Rub until evenly combined. Shape into patties.

  3. Grill the patties for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway and topping with a slice of cheddar cheese. When the burgers are to the desired degree of doneness, remove from the grill and set aside.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the short rib and barbecue sauce.

  5. In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat and fry the eggs until the white is firm and the yolk is runny.

  6. Assemble the burgers: top each bun with a burger patty, a spoonful of the short rib mixture, and a fried egg. Serve and enjoy
