Taken straight from the shop crew over at Kaulig Racing, this Skillet Pimento Cheese Cornbread takes classic cornbread ingredients and mixes them with pimento cheese and Bossin’ seasonings before being baked on the grill inside a cast iron skillet. The result is a smoky, savory cornbread with a beautifully charred crust that only cooking in cast iron can deliver.
Note: It is recommended to use Competition Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.
