Ingredients


2 Bacon, Strip

1/2 Cup Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded

1/2 Package Fries, Frozen

1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded



Cooking Instructions


  1. Start your Grill on ''smoke'' with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 350F.

  2. Place the bacon on the bacon rack and place on the grill. Cook until crispy, about 15 minutes. Once slightly cooled, crumble the strips into small pieces and set it aside. Grill the frozen french fries based on the package instructions, cooking on a pan in the instead of the oven. Once fries are golden brown, sprinkle cheese and bacon on top of the fries, and return the pan to the grill and barbecue at 450F for 1 minute. Remove from grill, and enjoy!
