How to Make BBQ Popcorn on the Grill

With this recipe, it’s a snap. Simply throw your kernels in an aluminum foil pan, cover with foil and cook on the grill at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Top with your favorite seasoning or opt for barbecue flavored seasoning for true BBQ Popcorn.

Note: It is recommended to use Classic Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

  1. Set grill to 350°F.
  2. Cover the bottom of the aluminum pan with the popcorn kernels. Seal the pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Place on grill until the kernels begin to pop. Using tongs, shake once popping begins. Keep grilling until popping ceases.
  4. Add seasoning and butter and enjoy!
