Start your Pit Boss Grill on smoke with the lid open until a fire is established in the burn pot (3-7 minutes). Preheat to 400°F. Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl then stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Once incorporated, pour into pie shell.
Bake in your preheated 425° F Pit Boss Grill for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
