In a large bowl, mix the ground beef and Pit Boss Chophouse Steak Seasoning together until well combined. Form into patties. Preheat your Pit Boss grill to 350˚F and grill for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once you flip the burgers, top with a slice of provolone cheese.
Once the burgers have cooked to your desired degree of doneness, remove from the grill.
For the pepper and onion: in a saute pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil until it shimmers,then add the onion and pepper. Cook until the pepper and onion are soft and start to caramelize and develop a little char, about 15 minutes.
Assemble the burgers: top each bun with the burger, onion and pepper mixture, then the remaining bun. Serve and enjoy!
