In a large glass or plastic bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil and Pit Boss Sweet Heat Seasoning. Whisk well to combine.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
Remove chicken wings from refrigerator, drain marinade and pat dry. Preheat Pit Boss Grill to 350˚F. Place the wings on a grill pan and grill for 20-25 minutes, or until the wings’ internal temperature is 165˚F. Remove from the grill, serve and enjoy!
