Turn your grill onto smoke until the flame catches, then turn it to 400°F.
Put the ground chicken into a bowl and generously add the Jalapeno Brat Burger seasoning to the mixture.
Dice the Anaheim pepper and add it to the bowl as well.
Mix with your hands until the meat looks evenly coated.
Separate the meat out into 3oz balls, disperse or toss the remnants.
Use the Pit Boss 3-in-1 Burger press to create the perfect patty! – if your chicken is too sticky to use the burger press, we put the 3oz balls into a tinfoil covered pan and placed that on the grill. Allow to cook 20-25 minutes, do not flip.
Add the buns to the grill if you’d like them toasted!
Remove the chicken sliders (and the buns) from the grill, add spinach, red peppers and whatever else you enjoy!
