We have had our 1000SC for 2 weeks and LOVE it! The ability to grill with an open flame, smoke or bake has been amazing! It was extremely easy to get started. So far we have grilled burgers, steak, chicken and veggies. We have also bakes cookies that turned out great. I love how quick it warms up and ready to grill. Best grill hands down! Highly recommend wood pellet from Pitboss!

So Far I"ve had this grill for the summer and have No complaints at all.....Still experimenting with different foods and found nothing seems to go wrong...its all in the prepping the foods, use the probe and cook to the IT for that particular item that you are doing. Have Fun and Good BBQ'ing
