Pit Boss meat probe two pack. 6" probe with 48" high heat woven wire. Compatible to Pit Boss grills and smokers with digital control meat probe capability. Compatible to Pit Boss models: Austin XL Pellet Grill, 700 Classic Pellet Grill, 340 Tailgater Pellet Grill, 5.0 Vertical Pellet Smoker, 2.2 Vertical Digital Electric Smoker and 3.2 Vertical Digital Electric Smoker Meat probes allow you to track internal temperature of your food. Pit Boss has integrated the probe into our digital control system. Now you can check your internal temperatures on the control panel; leaving heat and smoke in the grill. Compatible to Pit Boss models: Austin XL Pellet Grill, 700 Classic Pellet Grill, 340 Tailgater Pellet Grill, 5.0 Vertical Pellet Smoker, 2.2 Vertical Digital Electric Smoker and 3.2 Vertical Digital Electric Smoker.

Very good grill. Much better than gas grill. Smoky and very tasty meat. We smoked a turkey last weekend and meat came out just so tasty! Only recommendation is needed some blanket to keep temperature in cold season. Overall very happy with my purchase.

We used ours this weekend when smoking ribs, Chx, Pork roast and steaks and even burgers. We just got our Pit Boss Austin 1000 Xl this past wk put it together Sat. We burnt off like said to start then seasoned well for 2 hrs with fat back which we covered the entire cooking surface with before cooking. everything we cooked came out perfect and probes functioned properly. Very please with entire grill and process..
