I haven't had a chance to fire mine up yet because of shipping damage. Customer service was very fast to respond to my email and the replacement parts are on the way. This has to be the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thanks Cody.
The smoker assembly was fast and easy and it is very well built. I can't wait to get it going.

I'm very pleased with the overall setup and ease of use -- Took about an hour to setup and the first cook was fantastic -- I cannot wait to really give it a test when I make up my homemade bacon and sausage.

I’v had my Copperhead 3 for four months and have n’t had any major issues with it It’s the best way to smoke meat
